We got a ping pong table! So totally awesome!It's actually really funny, because the immersion program that I'm in is so intense, that our new ping pong table only functions as a game table during breaks in class and at the very end of lunch, and right after classes end for a very short while, because lunch and the time between class and afternoon one-on-one tutoring is traditionally study time. So for all large blocks of time, when most of us are hanging out in the lounge area together, the ping pong table becomes a really big, handy desk. But having it is pretty cool.
This is our new room setup, with couches and chairs all in a square, a Chinese chess board on the wall, and our nice new ping pong table taking up a good third of the room. As if that would be enough to keep the ping pong ball from hitting other people.

I've had such a great time reading parts of your blog. You are a really terrific writer, funny, clever, witty, observant with a slightly left-of-center point of view. Love it. You should think about doing it for a living. Or stand up comedy!
